Charter Hall
Steeped in history, the top of the 1885 market building once housed the esteemed Roanoke Opera House, while the 1922 Assembly Hall was a hub for public gatherings. However, limited public access caused the hall to fall into disuse. In 2011, the Market Building underwent a comprehensive renovation, transforming Charter Hall into Roanoke’s premier event space.
